Return & Exchange

We only offer exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product has been sent
  • Product has been damaged or is not in the desired condition upon delivery.

In the above circumstances, do contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue with supporting images

Once it has been verified that the above conditions have been met, a replacement copy will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Should the product be out-of-stock, you have the option to request for a refund or wait for new stock to arrive.
