You and Me and the Peanut-Butter Beast by Andy Griffiths, illustrated by Bill Hope. The second You and Me adventure. You and Me dig the deepest hole they have ever dug and end up in the cave of the legendary Peanut-Butter Beast, by way of a talking rock, two talking knuckleheads, a mushroom forest and an all-out war between peanuts and mini-beasts.

Heavily illustrated in comic-book style — the publisher compares it to Dog Man and Bunny vs Monkey. Suggested ages 7–9. From the author of the Treehouse series.
