Wonderscape by Jennifer Bell. Arthur, Ren and Cecily are late for school when an explosion throws them into the year 2473 — inside Wonderscape, an enormous in-reality adventure game. To get home they must play their way through its worlds, helped by 'Realm Masters' drawn from history, and find one of the game's creators before time runs out.

A fast, inventive adventure often described as Jumanji meets Ready Player One. Suggested ages 9–12.
